CUBI ETHOS
Welcome to Cubi. We are a small British company who make contemporary boxes for rings, or other small pieces of jewellery. We have developed our boxes to be as environmentally conscious as we can through the selection of our materials, packaging and manufacturing methods. We use high quality wood from renewable resources, our making waste is repurposed, the packaging is recyclable and our boxes are so well made that with care they will last a lifetime.
Our name Cubi, inspired by an ancient Cornish saint, reflects our love of the South West of England and our ethos to make beautifully hand-crafted boxes with design and making integrity.
DESIGN INTEGRITY
Cubi boxes are designed and made by hand in our Somerset workshop in small batches by Jonathan, an experienced furniture maker. A high level of consideration and precision is applied to everything he makes, to combine aesthetics and
function in perfect harmony.
Our small barn is surrounded by the tranquillity of nature - ancient fields, woodland, hills, meadows
and lots of wildlife. This landscape has inspired
many years of creativity, designing and making
the highest quality, bespoke furniture, as well as the recent development of our Cubi collections,
from design concept to box production.
